I really liked the fact that I could make a same day appointment. The staff is extremely friendly and they made us and our cat feel welcome. The staff was also very informative and helpful with how we should, but only if we wanted to, proceed with treatment.

Highly recommend! They genuinely listen and care about your pet. My puppy enjoyed going to the vet because of this office. Unfortunately we moved states and I cannot find a vet that even compares to Dr. Nguyen. She’s fantastic.

I like the fact that the whole office staff works with Dr. Nguyen has a team. I feel very comfortable calling or emailing potential issues and I get an immediate response. As a healthcare provider of humans, Dr. Nguyen is very thorough in her examinations , her treatment plans for the way she deals with the illness of my dog is spot on. She is very thorough in developing a plan of care. She allows me to participate in that although she still is the boss.!!!

I live a good 1/2 hour away from the office, but I would not go anywhere else.

My dogs LOVE their doctor and the staff. For two older Cavaliers, they are unusually healthy. We attribute that excellent health to the care and information we have been given at Our Pet’s Vet!

Our Cavalier was given an appointment right away and given medication for her allergies. I especially like getting a one-on-one unrushed consultation with the vet every visit. She understands how important our dogs are to us.
